Hi, I’m Cassie, the bookkeeper behind CAS Bookkeeping. 

I didn't set out to be a bookkeeper. I started my career in banking, HR, and tax preparation - and somewhere along the way, I realized that what I loved most was the part where everything clicks into place. The numbers balance. The picture gets clear. You can finally exhale. 

That moment is why I do this. 

With a diverse background, I bring more than just bookkeeping to the table. I understand how finances connect to the bigger picture of running a business - and I use that perspective to give my clients clarity, not just reports. 

In 2023, I relocated to Jacksonville, TX - in the heart of East Texas. Building roots here has made my passion for supporting small businesses feel even more personal. Whether you're a local business owner in Cherokee or Smith county, or running a company across the country, I show up as your partner - not just your bookkeeper. 

When I'm not in teh books, you'll find me baking something new, tackling a DIY project, or exploring East Texas with my family. I believe the best businesses are built by real people - and I'd love to be a part of yours.
